|Get them talking
||What are you doing for Safety Week this year?
|Keep them talking
||The SafetyWeek theme this year is “safe by choice”. What safety-related choices do your team members make every day?
Lots of folks have meetings and make speeches about safety. How can we get more people talking? How can we get the people on your team involved?
What do you think: does it make sense to choose one week and call it “safety week”? Is there a downside to doing this?
What other “weeks” should we have – what other topics or issues should we promote within our team?
What’s your go-to move for keeping safety “fresh” and interesting for your crew?
