Get them talking:
  • What’s something that’s happening around here that the bosses should know about but don’t?  Maybe something that’s going well… or a problem that needs solving?
  • What could we do about it?
Keep them talking:
  • If you were a senior manager here, what would you do to stay in tune with what’s happening out here in the field?  What do you think gets in the way of our bosses doing those things?
  • If you were one of the big bosses, what would you want folks out in here in the field (folks like us) to do about situations like this one?
  • Let’s imagine, just for a second, that solving this problem was up to us.  What could we do about it?
