Get people talking: How would you describe our culture here? Keep them talking: Where do you see our culture… when do you notice it? What could we be doing to strengthen our culture? How can we do to bring new people on-board with the way we think and work here? Points to consider: Culture is vital to success — but it’s tough to change and manage culture.  Culture is like the water a fish swims in… it’s all around us but it’s hard to see. A great way to get people thinking about culture is to ask them to “point to it” — ask them what it is that makes this place different… and then ask them “where do you see it?” When we’re clear about what our culture is and how we put it into action, we can go to work strengthening and sharing it.
